1. Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the We Love PMO website, our services, and your subscription to North Star Suite, our business management platform powered by HighLevel.
By purchasing a subscription, using our website or accessing North Star Suite, you agree to these Terms.
2. About Us
North Star Suite is a software subscription product provided by We Love PMO.
Throughout these Terms, "we", "our" and "us" refer to We Love PMO.
"You" refers to the customer or organisation purchasing or using our services.
3. Services
North Star Suite provides access to a cloud-based business management platform powered by HighLevel.
Your subscription provides access to the features included within your chosen plan.
We may improve, update or modify features from time to time to improve the platform.
4. Subscription Plans
North Star Suite is available on:
Monthly Subscription
Annual Subscription
Both plans include access to the same core platform features unless otherwise stated.
Annual plans are billed annually in advance.
Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance.
5. Payments
Subscription payments are securely processed by Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments until your subscription is cancelled.
Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-transferable.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
7. Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting:
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions remain active until the end of the prepaid annual term.
No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
8. Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital software subscriptions:
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
Optional implementation or consultancy services may have separate refund terms agreed before work begins.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights where applicable.
9. Free Onboarding
Every North Star Suite subscription includes complimentary onboarding designed to help you get started.
Onboarding does not include full system implementation or business process design.
10. Optional Implementation Services
We Love PMO also offers optional done-for-you implementation services including:
CRM setup
Workflow automation
Pipeline creation
Funnel development
Website setup
Email marketing setup
Business process configuration
These services are quoted separately and are not included within your software subscription unless specifically agreed.
11. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
provide accurate information
keep your login credentials secure
use the platform lawfully
not share your account with unauthorised users
comply with applicable laws
12. Acceptable Use
You must not use North Star Suite to:
send spam
distribute malware
conduct illegal activities
infringe intellectual property rights
abuse or disrupt the platform
upload unlawful or offensive material
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
13. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, documentation and materials produced by We Love PMO remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
HighLevel remains the property of its respective owners.
North Star Suite is a product created and operated by We Love PMO.
14. Availability
While we aim to provide uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee the platform will always be available.
Maintenance, upgrades and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We Love PMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of North Star Suite.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
16. Third-Party Services
North Star Suite uses third-party services including:
HighLevel
Stripe
Microsoft
We are not responsible for outages, changes or interruptions caused by these third-party providers.
17. Privacy
Your use of North Star Suite is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on our website.
Continued use of North Star Suite after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
