Hi, I’m Sarah, the founder of North Star Suite. With nearly 15 years of experience in PMO, planning, and project management, I’ve seen first-hand how the right systems can transform businesses. My career has taken me across health, charity, defence, and private industry, where I’ve led programmes, created and embedded PMOs from scratch, and guided organisations through business planning cycles with structured frameworks.
